Happy Work Force is currently seeking professional AZ Drivers based in Cambridge with a minimum of 6+ months of verifiable commercial driving experience. We are committed to building a stable, respected, and long-term workforce culture and are looking for disciplined, safety-conscious, and reliability-driven individuals to join our expanding logistics network.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid AZ Driver’s License (Ontario)
- Minimum 6+ months verifiable AZ experience
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 demerit points
- Must successfully clear background verification screening
- Strong adherence to road safety, compliance, and operational standards
WORK SCHEDULE
Full operational flexibility required:
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend availability (mandatory)
JOB NATURE
- Predominantly local and regional logistics operations
- Occasional physical freight handling involvement, compensated separately
- Fast-paced, performance-oriented transportation environment with high operational standards
